These can be wicked problems as for instance in Fibromyalgia it stems from a disruption in the pain pathways, and does not respond to usual pain medication. An incredibly powerful tool especially for nerve-based pain (such as Fybro) is YinYoga. Either intuitive stretching, a Fibro Series, or simple class based practice is akin to a miracle drug, although it requires continual practice and should be paired with a holistic approach including sleep, herbs, diet, and stress reduction, as well as if possible mental framework approaches (CBT, positive visioning, service) and community engagement.
