I'm really surprised by how the qigong embrace the tree sequence affected my chronic shoulder tension – unlike with stretching, the tension seemed permanently melted, and never came back the same way.  I had an intense 25 minute session with approximately 6 minute holds in a few different arm positions  ~T

“so i tried ANOTHER chiropractor and I'll say this: they all do slightly different things and none of them individually helps with all of the neck pain but if you see several of them, some of them work on weak spots that the others DON'T catch so TOGETHER they maximize the chances of SOMETHING working out in the end

actually most chiropractors aren't that invasive (definitely less forceful than what i've seen on youtube) so the risks are really low

FYI SEVERE NECK/BACK PAIN *CAN* also be the cause of apparent ADHD”
